植物基因工程,遺傳育種,多年生木本植物基因轉(zhuǎn)化體系和表達(dá)平臺(tái)研究

研究內(nèi)容

1.主要研究如何使外源基因在楊樹中高表達(dá),從而獲得高抗蟲轉(zhuǎn)基因楊樹新品種的研究。

2.完成了木本植物密碼子使用模式和優(yōu)化應(yīng)用研究的博士畢業(yè)論文。

3.研究內(nèi)容是分析了木本植物的密碼子使用模式,開發(fā)了密碼子優(yōu)化軟件codonNX,并對(duì)抗蟲基因進(jìn)行了針對(duì)楊樹的密碼子優(yōu)化,轉(zhuǎn)入楊樹受體中,轉(zhuǎn)基因楊樹抗蟲基因表達(dá)效果顯著提高。
